When can I check-in? What time is check out?
Check-in is between 2pm and 10pm on the day of arrival. We ask that guests have vacated the rooms by 12 noon on the day of departure. However, late check-outs and early check-ins may be possible by prior arrangement so please let us know when you arrive or ring us in advance. We are happy to help!
What are the reception opening hours?
Our reception is open 24 hours a day.
Can the hotel accommodate people with disabilities?
All public areas are wheelchair accessible and the lift serves all floors.
Does the hotel accept pets?
Only guide dogs are permitted.
What is the cancellation policy?
The cancellation policy will depend on the rate plan you have booked, details can be found on your confirmation email.
How will my details be used?
Do you have smoking rooms?
All our rooms are non smoking.
Does the hotel have internet access?
We offer FREE Wi-Fi in all guest bedrooms and public areas.
Do your bathrooms have bath or shower?
All bathrooms are en suite with power showers. We have some rooms with bath, please request at time of making your reservation.
Do we have to reserve a parking space in advance?
Our car park has a capacity of 6 cars which are available FREE on a “first come first serve” basis. We have negotiated discounted rates at a nearby car park for our guests, which you can pay directly to the car park in the event our car park is full.
